All content published and made available on the Sites is the property of Dream Career Today Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Sites.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age to use our Sites is 19 years old. By using the Sites, users agree that they are over 19 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
Accounts
When you create an account on the Sites, you agree to the following:
I. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information ached to that account; and
2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurst, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
Account Registration: To use the Company’s online services, User must create an account. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User’s account and password. Sales of Goods And Services
These Term of Use govern the sale of goods and services available on our Sites.
The following services are available on our Sites: Career Coaching and Consulting. The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered. These Term of Use apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Sites at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock or on a waitlist. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Sites at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If you are on a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification the you want to cancel the subscription.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Sites: Credit Card; PayPal; Debit; Direct Debit; and Stripe.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any Law or these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Consumer Protection Law

Dream Career Today Ltd. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including, legal fees from your use of the Sites.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using these Sites you indemnify and hold harmless Dream Career Today Ltd. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, loss., damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Sites or your violation of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario.
Proprietary Rights
The Company’s online services and websites, including but not limited to its software, text, graphics, information, videos, hand outs, documents, images and logos, are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User shall not use the Company’s online services or websites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.
User Conduct
User agrees to use the Company’s online services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. User shall not upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Company’s online services any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms of Use. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Term of Use will still be considered valid.
Changes
Changes to Terms of Use: The Company may revise this Agreement at any time by updating this page. User agrees to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then-current Agreement to which User is bound.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Company’s online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with User’s use of the Company’s online services. This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dream Career Today Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or in any way connected with User’s use of the Company’s online services or User’s violation of this Agreement.
Termination
The Company may terminate User’s use of the online services at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, User’s right to use the online services shall immediately cease.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and the Company regarding User’s use of the Company’s online services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations between the parties.
